Anime3000.com is dedicated to promoting anime and its fans. We do this by creating a platform for anime bloggers and podcasters to host articles, segments, audio clips and video. As we grow as a company, we hope to open more doors for content creators.
Conversation with Alyce Wilson, Head of Press at Otakon (2:10 - 18:44)
Alyce Wilson from Otakon was gracious enough to give us an interview a few days after wrapping Otakon 2010. We picked her brain to get information about the past, present and future of the convention. We were really interested to hear some of her experiences at the convention, considering we were going to get the press' and regular con-goer point of view later in the program. Some interesting points include her appreciation for the fan-press and her handling of the fire alarm incident. If you want to know the history behind the convention, she also gives a concise explanation. We had issues with Skype, so the audio quality is due to the feed being recorded over a phone.
