#1. Otaku Expiration Date
One of our staff writers posed the question, what is the expiration date for being an Otaku. At what age does being an obsessive anime fan become socially unacceptable? This question can generate a different response depending on the recipient of the question. Is there expiration date and what factors help in determining this? What kind of fallout have you received from family or friends for being an anime fan?

Notes: On the surface, this question might seem superficial. I knew we would get to the true question of waining interests in anime. It also tied in with the other topics of this podcast. Overall I was happy with this podcast. The panel did a phenominal job with articulating their points of view.

#2. Anime Expo Guest of Honors
A total of seven guests of honor have been announced for Anime Expo 2009. Some of the more notable guests include: Guilty Gear creator, Daisuke Ishiwatari. Japanese female pop group, Morning Musume, Trigun creator Yasuhiro Nightow and Yosuke Kuroda, co-creator of numerous series that include S-cry-ed, Honey and Clover and Mobile Suit Gundam: 00. What are your impressions of this lineup and how does it compare to previous years?

Notes: This is when editing comes in handy. I would really like to thank Gia for assisting me with the pronunciation of the names. This was an excellent topic for convention attendees that don't see the press side of a convention. It's great to hear that the majority of NYAF attendees enjoyed their experience. I decided not to talk to much on purpose. I really wanted to hear what our panelist had to share.

#3. Transitioning from a fan to a professional
How did you transition from being an anime fan to working for an anime website? What's your motivation to continue your involvement with your company.

Notes: It's great to hear the personal accounts of our guest panelists. I could relate to almost every experience. As far as podcasts are concerned, I'm proud of our reputation of releasing a new podcast every week. Even when we did the lost episode (last week) it's a new episode that requires actual time and energy. So, in time people will recognize the amount of work we put into our shows and site. It's a work in progress that will be worth it in the long run. Right now we are on episode 42 (unofficially) and we haven't reached our 1 year anniversary.

Third Segment: Rare Instrumental by Jimmy Hendrix and Billy Cox
