Full Metal Panic (or FMP) is a good anime that is very popular and fun to get in to. FMP is full of action and full of fun adventure. I found out that the theme song was classy and its the best Japanese theme song I've ever heard. It's really cool! The opening song is called "Tomorrow" and the ending song is called "Never Dying Flowers". Full Metal Panic's plot is basically the missions that Mithril goes through (you'll find out what Mithril is later in this review).

There are many missions in the Full Metal Panic series. Here is one of the missions that I am covering...there is a terrorist group called KGB who wants to take over the world. They start out by wanting to kidnap this high school girl who has special powers and is believed to be one of The Whispered, strange people who are born with special powers. Konami Chidori (one of the good characters in the show) has the power to become unconscious and she starts talking about special powers that an AS can do. (You will find out more about AS later in the review). It's kind of hard to explain her power, you'll just have to watch the episodes yourself (episodes 6-7).

There is another group of people in the world called Mithril that want to protect the world. Everyone in Mithril has a special mission to complete, and this mission is to destroy KGB and to protect the high school girl that KGB trying to kidnap. This group has fighting robots called AS's. AS is short for Armed Slaves. These robots are equipped with guns, daggers, and other cool weapons. What makes these robots so unique and powerful? Well inside these Armed Slaves is something called a landed driver, which is supported by something called black technology. It is a device that could unleash a tremendous amount of power. The landed driver that is in the AS is operated when the person who is controlling the AS thinks of an image in their mind. The image in their mind takes real physical shape. For example there is a character called Gauron, who is part of KGB, and there is Sosuke Sagara (my favorite character) who is part of Mithril. When these characters where fighting with each of their own unique AS's (because every AS has different kinds of looks and, guns, swords, daggers, etc.), Gauron relied on the landed driver to defeat Sosuke Sagara. So when Sosuke was about to shoot Gauron, Gauron thought of an image in his mind that there would be an invisible force field that would repel the bullets from the gun that Sosuke used. So when Gauron thought of the image, there was a force field in front of him, and it repelled the bullets. So that's a landed driver. No one knows why black technology supports the landed driver, and no one knows where black technology comes from. The remains of black technology are still a mystery. There is still more to the plot, it's just about Sosuke trying to save the world when people are trying to do "evil" deeds.

Mithril's next mission, which I will not cover because its too long and a lot of episodes to cover, is to defeat yet another terrorists group called A21. There... I think I covered everything on the first Mithril mission. For one thing, Full Metal Panic is a "must get" anime, so put it on your wish list at click here(!!!lol!!!). The whole season of Full Metal Panic is a little bit over $50.00, unless if you could find a better deal on e-bay or another web site, then good for you. I hope to still put up more reviews on Full Metal Panic Fumoffu and Full Metal Panic: Second Raid. Fumofuu is a more dramatic show than the regular Full Metal Panic. This series Fumoffu is hilarious! I actually get to see the season of Fumoffu on my anime on demand and expect to see Full Metal Panic:Second Raid on demand too. Full Metal Panic: Second Raid is a sequel and is the plot that follows the ending from Full Metal Panic. The whole FMP series is great so I hope you had fun learning about this great anime (it's personally one of my favorite anime following DBZ which I'm watching right now on Toonami). I challenge you to watch this anime, considering once you do, you will fall in love with it (I hate some of my friends who don't like the show).

See ya!
