Our vision is to create an anime network that focuses 100% on media. This means we need podcasters and bloggers with some experience of editing for audio and video. Instead of just putting out written articles, we want to create daily audio and video content. This means no shortage of new talent since it takes longer to produce a podcast than it does to write an article. We are looking for the following staff. Our numbers are steadily increasing reaching between 75-100K listeners on a monthly basis. Currently we are working on some aggressive marketing techniques to open our reach even further. With your help, we can increase our numbers and start to target bigger and better opportunities.
Advantages to being a staff member

AUDIO PRODUCERS
If you are entertaining, creative and able to meet deadlines, you might have a position as an A3K producer. In addition to reviewing selections from FUNimation and Viz, you will also get to feature your work on our website and various podcasts. This is free promotion for your personal project and an ability to expand your audience by producing original content for us. We are looking for 5 to 7 minute reviews on anime and manga. Reviews need to be insightful, energetic and entertaining. Your work needs to include show notes as well. We are looking for producers who can create bi-weekly content for our site.
VIDEO PRODUCERS
It's difficult to find a quality video producer. If you are producing projects for other websites, we are not just looking to be another place to syndicate your work. All productions for A3K need to be original and exclusively hosted on our domain. You do have the ability to embed on other sites. Your videos can be up to thirty-minutes in length. Due to the visual importance of this medium, it is important for your work to be informative and entertaining. Our criteria is extremely subjective, so we won't just accept anyone.
