The Idea
Anime3000 has a growing audience of dedicated fans in cities across the country. We are building infrastructure around that audience — weekly local events, targeted campaigns, a directory of stores and cons they already care about.
The next piece is a convention activation package: a multi-day, immersive fan experience we bring to a partner convention. It drives foot traffic to vendor floors, creates shareable moments across the floor, and gives your event social content it can use for the next one. We are not a sponsor looking for a banner placement. We are a production partner looking for a launchpad.
The Activation Package

The Scavenger Hunt
A multi-day, convention-wide game open to every attendee. Clues, checkpoints, and competition that takes fans across the entire event floor — including through vendor areas and sponsor booths. Prizes, rankings, and a ceremony at close.

GeekFon Society Party
A curated evening event for the A3K community and convention attendees. Not a rave, not a mixer — a real celebration of fandom with music, art, and the people who make this culture what it is.

Live Game Show
An original, hosted live game show on the convention floor. Fan participation, spectator energy, and a format built to generate shareable moments that travel past the walls of the event.

Social Content Package
A3K embeds content creators at your event. We capture, produce, and deliver a package of social-ready content — reels, recaps, highlights — that your team can use to promote the next event before this one ends.
